Most orders are fulfilled within 3-7 business days. Since our products are made to order, production takes 2-5 days, followed by 3-7 days for standard shipping within the US. International orders may take 7-14 business days.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $48. For orders under $48, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies for US domestic orders.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
We want you to love your purchase. If there's a quality issue or defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

The 84-day journey is our signature mindfulness program divided into three 28-day phases. Each day includes guided prompts, reflections, creative activities, and emotional check-ins designed to help you develop mindful habits and achieve a state of flow.
You can explore the daily prompts without an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your progress, save reflections, and participate in community features.
AlignFlow is our proprietary framework for mindful living that integrates journaling, visualization, metacognition, and creative expression. It draws from diverse philosophical traditions and is designed to help you align your thoughts, intentions, and actions.
